Michael is an accredited program manager whose career spans a 21-year U.S. Navy career & more than two decades of enterprise program leadership. He spent 16 years directing capital program governance at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, managing a $354M financial-system modernization program, a $60M+ annual portfolio, & contract ceilings exceeding $400M.
